El Filip began his career at one of the most important radio stations in Mexico, where he worked as an announcer and host for 18 years. His experience in radio gave him the necessary experience to venture into digital platforms in 2017, as the host of the YouTube program "En Shock'', alongside the renowned journalist Jorge Carbajal, which is one of the most recognized and well-positioned shows on the internet today. In 2019, he created his own YouTube channel, El Filip, which has amassed 342,000 subscribers and 95 million views.
